 DEI METRICS

Welcome to our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Metrics page, showcasing a snapshot of our Brotherhood's vibrant diversity during the Spring 2024 semester. Through insightful graphs, we highlight key dimensions like Gender, Race/Ethnicity, First-Generation status, Honors students, Class year, Majors, International Representation, and leadership roles within the Brotherhood. These metrics reflect our ongoing dedication to cultivating a diverse and inclusive community, celebrating individual experiences.

Beyond statistics, our commitment extends to tangible actions. During the rushing process, our dedicated DEI panel features Brothers sharing personal experiences related to DEI in their workplaces, providing prospective members with valuable insights into diverse career paths. These candid conversations offer a real-world glimpse into our inclusive culture, enriching the rushing experience and emphasizing our ongoing dedication to diversity and unity within Alpha Kappa Psi and the Bentley community.

It's essential to recognize that the information on our DEI Metrics page is based on responses from 52 out of the 57 participating Brothers. While these insights offer a substantial view of our diverse composition, we acknowledge the importance of representing the entire Brotherhood. This ongoing data collection process is vital in ensuring our commitment to inclusivity accurately reflects the richness of our Brotherhood in DEI endeavors.
